All of these areas are showing stabilization with some growth projected. So, what does this mean for the Real Estate Buyer and Seller? To the seller I say, houses ARE selling! I got my license last November and am loving real estate. I’m living in Bozeman, MT.
I wanted to touch base with you regarding the trends in what you are seeing in Boise, and ideas that maybe could help me get things going here in Bozeman… I am thinking Bozeman has followed Boise in a lot of real estate trends. When I got into real estate, I knew it was a difficult time. I am having great success for a new agent – 6 listings, 3 of them in escrow – 2 closings in May which cannot come soon enough! haha!
